Just want to echo Dr. Cheese here- I went from an entry level passive Ibanez to an Alembic back in '96 or thereabouts. The difference in the responsiveness of the pickups was tremendous- you hear every little click and clack, every flub, tremendous overtones, undertones, harmonics, ghost...

I kinda want this.... can you give a few more details as to condition, action, etc.? Any problems with it? It looks like you got rid of the D & G octave strings... just curious as to why, thanks. Edited to add- don't mean to jump the line here if Gus or the Atomic Punk are on this.
