Excellent customer service by Source Audio and new Aftershock arrived yesterday. Thank you! Placed it on the board today and now it's ready for making new songs. Soleman is still on the list to get for controlling the Aftershock, Gemini and Torpedo.

Ok, thanks. I guess my aftershock just can not hard reset. I saved a preset in it and after hard reset the preset is still there. Manual says that all user data including presets is cleared during hard reset.

Yes, "Select file and update" using the file "SA246_Aftershock_4_0.saxf" is how I'm trying to do it. The green box says LA Lady is connected.

Hi, I just received my Aftershock and tried to update the firmware using the distortion editor tool I downloaded couple of days ago. After the update the pedal seems to think it is a L.A. Lady Overdrive. Now I'm also unable to update it with the file coming with the newest version of distortion...
