    Rogue series 3 5 string w active pickup (neck). And humbucker (bridge). Sounds amazing. Got a blemish deal on it as well.

    Definitely look s similar at least in the peghead. Maybe Amerika is a precursor to Asahi. Who knows?

    There's a thought I don't play a lot of full chords. On slower prettier pieces I often play the root and the third above the octave. I also will often play "extra" notes like a 6th a Maj7th Augmented 5th or a sus 4.

    Thanx, I'm Debating What to do with this one. I got it free with the idea of pulling the frets to make it a fretless conversion. But that's more work than I had planned on and I don't really have a space to do the work in. I like the bass but already have a pair of 5 strings.

    Anyone know anything about the company that made this? A previous owner apparently added a Fender Extender to the E string.
