The 64 will do the "Fender sound" very, very well. It is a very organic sounding pedal. Almost tube sounding. The eq sections on the pedal are amazing and you should be able to dial in the Fender sound you're looking for.

Kevmac....it works well for our situation. Power trio, bass, guitar & drums. I eq with the 64 Black panel for the amp in/out and eq the board for the DI signal. Small tweaks all around to fine tune, but great results.

Good for you!! I know what you mean. I was able to score one off of Craigslist. Love the sound and feel...almost plays itself.
