Yes. Unfortunately... and fortunately that stripped truss rod causing us to install a new truss also allowed for 2 graphite rods to be put in.. Heck, I DID want to see if the original neck would have taken it.. But really the end result was to have a great instrument.. not just prove a point...

Neck is Great! Stays in tune and barely have to engage the truss rod. This is a lifetime keeper. So kick ass. I LOVE IT!

If you can find one, I'd go with a Carvin B1500. It meets all the criteria above except it carries a lot more wattage and can run 2,4 or 8ohms. IMHO they're the best piece of amplification gear Carvin ever put out. They're highly loved on this forum and sound AMAZING.

Hi all.. I thought this bass would be gone quick. Is it the fact the the finish has the aging cracks? Is it that the original pickups come with it but aren't installed. If it's not selling for $1500 what is the right price for this? Thanks! Larry

Hi All, For some reason all my feedback has gone 0/0/0. Anyone have insight as to why this could have happened? Also, a lot of my personal account stuff seems to have vanished. My account did lapse from paid to non paid, but it's done that a few times over the years.... Hmmm... Thanks for any...
