+1 Todays throw away society enforces this quite a lot. But if you have the soldering skills, equipment and experience then give it a shot. But yer these components were most likely blown from something else in the board. If you have a multimetre AND KNOW ABOUT THE DANGERS OF WORKING WITH HIGH...
