The neck doesn't have tons of relief. Its on the straight side but plays amazingly well and has no "deadspots". Right now it has D'addario .50 roundwounds on it. In any case, most players find this bass to have really reasonable action.

These classic series basses are WAY better than the standard Mexican ones. The neck was professionally de-fretted. Bridge was replaced with a Badass II for more sustain. Great "Jaco" tone, especially with roundwounds. Great neck. Not too heavy. $475 w/o shipping. Feel free to check it out in...
