THANK YOU! There are a few newer baritone uke cases on the market but none of them are quite right. I've emailed Fusion a few times in the past, so happy to hear they are moving ahead with a new baritone design.

For anyone following this thread or searching it for it much later... I'm figuring out that I will probably need to have one custom made for what I really want. Was hoping I could find something in the neighborhood of $100-150, but looks like I will have to consider raising my budget to ~$250...

Cool, I haven't heard of using the electric case... How tight is the fit? Their size chart doesn't show much depth to the case. How thick is the padding on that one? Edit: I also have tried a baritone gig bag that I found on clearance so I took a gamble, not a good fit.

Yeah, the polyfoam one I use now does have straps that can be used backpack-style, but they are just cheap nylon straps. It works ok, but it's not very comfortable if you have to walk very far, the bass kind of bounces around as you walk. I think the baritone/U-bass market must be comparitively...
