also my combo is 4 ohms tc electronics bg250 it has a 4 ohm speaker and horn already running the amp down to its max 4 ohm load... i want to add my 8 ohm extension cab... any thoughts without changing the internal speaker to 8 ohms... i dont want to do that..and i know parallel would run me down...

so if u do this to the combo can u still use it the same as if there was no extension cab? i want to do this to my tc electronics combo so i can use my 8 ohm extension cab... this would be awesome! thanks so much

i was wondering if u had any thoughts that could help me.. i recently bought a tc electronics bg250 15 inch combo.. it has the same head that is a stand alone head that is the bh250 200watts at 8 ohms and 250 watts at 4ohms... my combo does not have a extension cab hook up because it has a 4...

does anyone know if there is a possible extension cabinet mod for the bg 250 i know the head is rated at 4 ohms and can add an extension cab.. i know they built this like this on purpose..so ifits pulling 250 watts the speaker and horn are probably set at 4 ohms would love to be able to add an 8...
