Straight from my brain, here is my custom order that I just picked up yesterday. Epoxy neck, Diamond Pearl White (new color), passive/active, hipshot ... I love her!

I love them both! I have the SB4 and a 4-string JBass. The Carvin is much more versatile but, in my case, it is fretless (epoxy neck) so there are times I want to hear the frets. Biggest difference in the passive sounds between the two is on the long decay; I like the Fender better for that...
