Markbass Little Mark Black Line 250 vs Ampeg Porta Flex PF350

Hi, I just sold my TC Electronic BG250 and I'm looking for something with a thicker sound to go well with my 78' Yamaha Pulser P-Bass. As for now, I will be using only at home, so being small is a huge plus for me. At this point I found 2 heads: Markbass Little Mark Black Line 250 Ampeg Porta...

The sound is massive, especially on flatwounds, which currently are on it. I did not have much time to check many bassess - due to all the COVID situation I decided to wait a bit with checking out bassess, however with this one it was fairly close to my home (about 40km) and I just loved it's...

Thats the plan - I live in a small town, so for most of my life, I bought bassess online only based on revies and sound samples - now I need to find what I like, not what people like :)

A firend gave me an info. that a local music store has a new Squier VM Tele Bass with fenders humbucker at 400$ - that also sounds tempting :)

That's what I'm about to do this weekend :) but for example I got "warned" about the EB-3 comfort and overally about the Spector Performer - I will take a closes look at those "distadvantages" and I wouldn't have a clue if it wasnt for this post :D

Much love and appreciation towards you guys for the great tips! I did some more digging, and a lot of people claim that the Spector Performer line isn't as good as other Spectros are - im gonna cross it out of the list. I also read, that there are many ergonomic problems with that EB-3 -...

The only issue that I have with p-bass are the necks - I have rather small hands, thats why I gave Jazz Bass a shot, as its profile is slimmer

TBH, playing that Squier doesn't give me joy - i know it may sound tacky, but when I had a p-bass earlier, I played it every time I could and with that jazz it feels more like a obligation than fun. Now I'm playing through TC Electronic BG 250, possibly in the future I will change it for...
