Interesting idea! Do you think the epoxy will withhold the pressure?

I will remove the neck first and see if I have better access to the nut and if I can Dremel in the slot for the flat screwdriver. The neck has a tiny bow around 8-12 frets — I may need to learn to live with this; I like this bass overall:)
