    Thanks everyone for the help. I will definitely arrange a time to test it out to see how I like it first, but from what I've read and what everyone's said, it sounds like a solid amp. I'd like to try something new so maybe this would be a fun experiment to test out some new tones.

    Also if it helps he stated in his original email that there are brand new tubes in the head, whereas my SVT head still has all of the original tubes that were in it when I bought it. I don't know if that makes a difference at all in making sure its a fair trade.
