If you look on page 3 of this thread, I have a photo of my Erogo 8 string and my MB500 with the Fishman preamp. I mounted them on a drum stand so they would be with easy reach. Sorry for the small photo size, my step daughter is still instrucing me on digital photography.

I use the MB500 and fishman Platpro combination and I like it. The MB500 will work without the Fishman preamp, but I found the tone to be somewhat shrill. The Fishman pre amp has a compressor that I find very transparent and usefull also. For the extra cost (approx. $160) the Fishman was well...

Has any one else had problems with the head stock seperating at the glue seam? I would appreciate any advice.
