Current Setup
Bass guitars: I have four fretless basses that I built myself (two long-scale 5s, medium-scale 4, and a short-scale 4). I also have a Ibanez AFB200 hollowbody that I defretted, and a Yamaha bx-1 headless 4.
I played DB for forty years, but recently sold my old Kay bass due to chronic shoulder problems.
Other instruments= two sitars, oud, Irish bouzouki, didgeridoos, spike fiddles, Turkish cumbus, viola, Squier Strat, Washburn acoustic guitar, Scottish smallpipes, mandolin, assorted brass, wind and percussion instruments.
Main rig = Markbass CMD121p combo with NewYork 121 extension cab. I also have two other Markbass amps (LMII, LMIII), two fEARful 12/6s, and a GK MB-II2.
Other stuff = Behringer XR18 mixer, Yamaha PA speakers, pedalboard, lots of pedals, and my DAW is Reaper.

I've been playing gigs since 1979, primarily roots reggae, jazz, rock, funk, folk, singer-songwriter. Currently playing in an Americana/rock band.

I've owned a huge variety of gear since I started playing in 1975. BGs include Rickenbacker, Fenders, Music Man, Yamaha, Carvin, Danelectro, Peavey, and others.
