I've never heard anything of the sort before...That's like saying your strap buttons need to be grounded. I don't see any other reason for a bridge cover buzzing like that than the screws for it clipping the bridge ground.

Sounds like you hit your ground wire with the screw for the bridge cover. You might want to go in there and check it out.

After tooling around with it on all day (that lovely feeling of trying new gear...you know it) I can say that palm muting is different, but not impossible. I didn't like the looks of the standard ashtrays, but the prospect of putting a black one on my bass...that excited me. And it looks...

Does anyone know where I can find a black P-Bass bridge cover for cheap? They're hard little suckers to locate :ninja: ! I posted in the "wanted" section of the classifieds, but figured I should post here as well, since the aforementioned forum seems to rarely get use. Thanks!

there are a bunch of better basses then that for kids that you can get for less than $300. off the top of my head: squier tb bass, epi eb-o, eb-3, heck there are even some rogue basses that i'd rather have....

i dont NEED my Wish. but i DO need my p-bass. im lost without him...

Anyone have experience with it? Sound? Playability? Electronics? Fit ad Finish? Any words of wisdom would be appreciated. I just played an acustic set with my band, and realized that my soft-toned JB Wishbass should not be my only option for an acoustic set. Thanks again.
