Maybe this high tech fix could offer some strain relief to prevent the cables from pulling out while playing?

Manual says it turns itself off when fully charged. Received mine in May/June 2023. Charged overnight. Then while watching the YouTube video manual, stepped thru the menu. Plugged in ears, bass and sound from PC and tried the mix function. Seemed to work ok, similar to the Phil Jones Bass Buddy...
