Update on the bass, I got it and I played it with my band, the 5 string felt pretty neutral and I didn't have trouble playing any of our songs. So I guess this was the perfect bass for me. I can only recommend it!

You might have a point in that, I might buy the 5 string, I'll probably get used to it... Besides, a lot of bands that play my kind of music uses 5 strings. So it'll be easier to play a lot of the songs... Well, I'm so split it, but I'm leaning towards the 5 string :)

So... I've been hearing from all my friends that Harley Benton's basses from Thomann was a no go. So I thought I had to test them out to see what they're all about, today my Harley Benton JB-75NA Vintage Series arrived. Nice packaging was the first thing I notcied, the bass itself had no harm...

The other 32 anal sleds were failures, they kept on getting stuck ;). We just picked a random number, we had to make a band because some reggae guys needed a warm up band at 2 gigs. It went decent :)
