    Which Fender Jazz in Japan?

    I recommend the Fender Heritage series. The quality is excellent and the sound is great. I have one of the 70’s basses and I love it.

    Here’s me and my Ernie Ball Music Man Sterling HS. It’s been my number one for almost 10 years and it can do pretty much anything I need it to do. The neck is pure bliss to play.

    Thanks for your help. Going give myself a couple days to think about it before pulling the trigger. I am assuming for the JHJ, you can still solo just the neck or bridge pickup.

    The listing says it is 18mm. I think my Ibanez EHB1505MS was that spacing so would probably feel normal to me. I regret not trying one of these on my last trip to Japan, but I have heard nothing but great things.

    Gotcha. I was not sure on the pickup spacing. I found a seller on Reverb that seems to be a dealer based in the US. Seems to be a bad time to consider importing a bass lol

    Late response, but I love my 70’s Heritage Jazz Bass. The quality is just as good as any of my made in USA basses. I would recommend taking the plunge on it if you are still looking! :)

    As someone who never wanted to pay the Ernie Ball price, this is perfect. Can’t wait to get one. Was thinking about getting one of the new SB14 basses as well.
