Played upright bass in college orchestra and in a bluegrass band in the late 80s, gigged in a psych/garage rock band on fretted and jazz quintet on fretless until the late 90s. Gave it up to pay rent doing technical work. Getting back to it after 25-year break, making up for lost time.
