I've never considered flipping 180 degrees. Every pic I've ever seen has the poles on the neck side. Thanks for the diagram it helps a lot. Guess I have some saving to do.

Makes sense to me but the Darkstars are custom wound to order and you have to select the pole spacing prior to order. I was actually looking for the dimensions of the entire pickup.
