    Never look back to Fender

Big Spector fan, also have an original 72P bass, both great, but, duh, totally different…the Spector is light, amazing electronics, and balanced just right for me-Suhr also makes a great bass, way under the radar…

Anyone compared the Trickfish cabs to the Mesa Subway cabs?

Not to mention that I’ll probably never need anywhere that much power, and I don’t see our band opening for Deep Purple….🙄

Anyone compared the Trickfish cabs to the Mesa Subway cabs?

I also just purchased a Bullhead 3K, incoming, very excited, that’s probably what I’ll be using for the cabs…the TF cabs are much lighter than the Mesa, which is a consideration when you’re 70 years old…

For whatever reason, I appreciate the feedback…I think the Subway series of ultralight cabs look badass….😊

Anyone compared the Trickfish cabs to the Mesa Subway cabs?

I’m new to the Forum, and also live in a fairly small community, but I’ve been playing bass a long time. I’m looking to upgrade my cabinets, and was wondering if any of the Forum members had a chance to compare the Trickfish line of cabinets, which really appeal to me because of their light...

Epifani and Trickfish: Transparent or just "Clean"?

Hopefully not derailing the thread, but I’m looking seriously at the Trickfish 3K and the 1.5K… playing some larger places, and at present I’m gigging with an Epifani Piccolo with the 1000 watt mod… any opinions on either of these amps from you veteran bassmen? I really appreciate the input!
