I did receive the keyboard eventually, so I can't file any sort of theft at this point. I can, however, stand behind you on whatever you decide to do. I'd be happy to make a statement, and also be a first hand witness to what has taken place. I hope that he just sends you your gear, though.

I did finally receive my keyboard - but it was 8 months after he took funds from my account before he'd even had it. He ghosted me in late September. There's a chance that you might eventually receive something, but no one would agree to the time that their funds are help up in the transaction...

I'd thought about it, but just worked with my local police dept in filing a report. IDK if you'd seen or not, but I did receive the keyboard finally. I was hoping for some kind of explanation, etc., but he is completely silent. You have my support in getting reimbursed one way or another ---...

UPDATE: 12/16/25 I FINALLY received a package from Mike Soiney/Mass Musik today. It is in fact a Viscount Legend One 73. I still need to fire it up and make sure that it actually works, however. I will post an update once I am to do this. I appreciate everyone that spoke up on this matter...

Please leave Mass Musik/Mike Soiney a negative review via Google and any site that you may have dealt with him through such as Reverb. We need as many people to see what is going on as possible to 1. stop him from scamming more people, and 2. to bring justice to him. We already have solid...
