Sheesh....I've tried 8 different cables. Even bought a new data cable. What is this mythical Anker cable you speak of?

Preamp works but it's annoying how my PC won't recognize it. Tried multiple data cables. Tried different USB slots. Even tried it on my wife's Mac. Nothing works. I'm locked out of the only feature that intrigued me which was the cab sim thing. Seriously pissed off. Might as well have gotten the...
