    Double Bass Back of bass coming off neck joint, should I be worried? Kay C-1 bass

    This is a bass I’m renting from school, and apart from it being incredibly scratched up, it plays very well with a little less volume than I’d like on the pizz. I know it’s a kay C-1, but I’ve had trouble finding the year it was made. Thanks for any help.
