Used a 2x12 with a 1x12 many times with great success, maybe I just got lucky. Both cabs were 8 ohms. Sounded killer, big improvement over the 2x12 alone for me. Mostly now I settle for 2 1x12, easier to carry.

All tuning machines work great with some light wear. They include all installation hardware. Set of 4 closed back tuners, 4 in line. These came from a 80's Squier bass -see pictures. Looks to be approx 7/16th inch hole size. $15 shipped USA compare to standard Fender tuner SOLD...
