I use a Seiko, the expensive one, same specs as a good strobe, but easier to see. I also have a rack tuner, but it's not as accurate. The Seiko is also my go to for setup work, setting intonation.

I have several amps. Fender BXR 400 (200 watts per channel) driving a 4 10 genz cabinet over a fender 18. It shakes rooms, has a great amount of adjustability, big and ugly, but sounds as good or better than anything else. It fit in the back seat of a jetta. I also use a Genz shuttle max 600...
