How about that one compared to the Acoustic Image Contra with the NS WAV4, anyone used it? (I can re-ask in a different thread if that's more appropriate).

Are most pre-amps created equal, or are people as devoted and passionate and opinionated about their pre-amps as they are their EUBs and amps? Do you have some suggestions as far as where to start given the NS WAV4 as the input? Do these come in small packages for easy travel as well? I suppose...
