    The Band I play with are really LOUD , and if I stand next to the speakers , you can hear the Gretsch trying to feed , but normal distance two or three feet away , no problem . Pete

    Never been really happy with the jacksocket on this Bass , it felt cheap , did not seem very sturdy when you plugged the jack in , so replaced with a switchcraft socket , and while the wire was out of the Bass put some gibson screened wire from the tone pot to socket . Feels more positive now...

    Hi, Sizes I have settled on from top of pup to bottom of open string ( to my taste leaving the pole screws as received )........Neck pup 5mm bass side 4.7mm treb side, bridge pup 4mm bass and treb side . Also I cannot get on with flatwound strings , so have put cheap Fender7250 roundwound...
