I'm open to adding a pedal or two, but I'm looking to understand how close I can get with what I have and what I might be missing, rather than start buying pedals without understanding where the problem lies. Do. Do you have any feedback on that direction?

Thanks for your response. I'm a total noob at effects, when you're talking about an envelope filter, do you refer to the fuzz in the fly rig or a second pedal I should be adding?

I'm just using the fuzz effect, which already has a "wah" sound (depending on how you set it up).

Hi fellow bassists (and first ever post). I'm playing For Whom The Bell tolls, but my guitarist keeps insisting that the fuzz in my fly rig is lacking and to go for the big muff. Has anyone been successful in reproducing the sound with the fly rig? What were your settings? Am I missing maybe a...
