Thanks for your replies. It was sold as very good condition with the only marks being scratches on the plastic back plates/covers. I have spoken to the webstore I bought it from and they said they were unaware of this and she just believed it was part of the finish... I can get them to organize...

Hey, I bought this just recently and couldn't tell how rough the condition was before I got it home. First time I've seen something like this. Obviously hasn't been taken care of too well. Does anyone know how bad this is? Is it possible to repair? How much do repairs like this cost? Any input...
