New Road Worn Fender: Justin Meldal-Johnsen Mustang

I have a brand new aged pearloid guard for Mustang reissues I'm selling, I think the only variance is the size of the pickup route. If you give me the length and width measurements of the JMJ guard I could compare it to mine.

yes, you measure neck depth with a caliper from the center of the fingerboard to the center of the back, which would be the thickest section of the profile.

I hope that's not right, that's very thin. I've got an early 70's that is 0.87 at the first fret, hoping the JMJ is close to that.

New Road Worn Fender: Justin Meldal-Johnsen Mustang

Does anyone know the specific depth of the neck on these (at the first fret)? I know the nut is wider, wondering about the depth though. Something more specific than "chunky". thanks!

    New personal bass build

Want to keep it passive. Keeping my eyes open for some used Bartolini's, or any quality single coils.

Just put this together for myself, just need pickups and string tree. Fun bass.

    Short scale recommendations

Joe Kruse works for Carl Thompson and builds his own basses under the MBJ name, world class quality at a fraction of the cost. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
