How much more percieved volume do you need? Have you considered using a high-pass filter, like a Broughton? I wonder if that would allow you to push more volume while controlling the lows and allow you to hear it better in that context.

Thank you for the detailed response. One of the replacement driver options for a Henry was a Dayton brand speaker, I wonder if those would work in your Traynor cab? And be cheaper than a brand new cabinet?

Forgive me if I'm backing up just a bit, but I'm curious as to the main problem you are trying to solve. Is it to achieve gig volume using your YBA100 via small drivers, AND take pedals well? If that's it, you'll need a lot of them - the used market is your friend, if you can find them...
