no flourescent lights in the room. There are some CFL's in the light in the hallway outside but I unscrewed them all and the buzz remains

"Quizzing the rehearsal space owners about any work done in the last few months would be the next step" That'll be my next step. I guess these no other way to sheild out a strong EM field other than standing in a foil bubble? :D
