I don't find it neck heavy at all. I just got a Jack Casady sig and that is WAY neck heavy but it sounds and feels great. It is a solid body.

I don't have a scale but I play p basses and it definitely isnt heavier than those.

This is a 1973 Hagstrom Swede Bass with the original case. This is a very versatile bass. You can get super dubby tone or a very barky bite. The finish is still very shiny with only a few minor scuffs. It has all original parts. The pickup surrounds are cracked but that is a cheap and easy fix...
