This is probably nitpicking the wrong thing, but the headstock on these is... ick. I don't know if it's the size/positioning of the tuners or the arrow shape being just off in some way (even accounting for the angle, it's not pointy enough, it feels like):

I agree, it's definitely something about the angular aspects of the Ibanez guitar headstock when it gets scaled up in size - it's no longer a sharp sword/tooth-like thing at that size (and I'd venture to guess, like me, you're also not a fan of the Jackson basses with the same scaled-up...

Isn't that the approach for the opposite part, though? If I'm understanding correctly, that would be for the matching the body/pocket route to an existing neck, whereas I'm trying to build a neck to fit the existing pocket.
