Congrats. I have the same bass and absolutely love it. It's the best Fender Jazz I've ever owned. BTW the select pups sound better than the CS 60's IMO.
Actually, music therapy can be a very effective adjunct in the treatment of many medical disorders. There are numerous controlled studies which validate the above. By the way, I've owned both; and there is no comparison. Smith wins hands down IMHO.
For what it's worth I have a 2013 American Deluxe jazz V(ash with maple neck) which is dead quiet, sounds phenomenal and was a breeze to set up. I've been through many basses over the years; and this one is a keeper. It has become my go to bass . Maybe I got a "good one". But this jewel is one...
