    Whats one thing that has helped improve your bass playing?

    I play Christmas songs - just the melody line. Any basic tune I know really well works, but I find Christmas music relaxing. It helps me associate the intervals I'm hearing with hand/finger positions.

    Is this electric upright a good deal?

    I saw a used BSX upright electric on the net for $1500. Is this a good deal?
