Did you get to sort out the string height?

Update - neck dive certainly a problem. Moved the strap button beneath where the neck joins the body, and seems to be much improved. So for anyone unsure about this, yes it works. Take care drilling the hole so as not to damage the finish.

Just bought an EPI Thunderbird. Horrible buzzing, dead strings but a good price. After putting on a new set of strings and doing a complete setup (neck relief, action and intonation!), it plays and sounds like new. Great clear tone across full range. Mine is made in China, but I cannot...
