Since I purchased my SB5000 I don't even think about looking for other basses. It feels and sounds perfect to me.

All I can say about this bass is that I feel like I got an instrument that many aren't aware of and after they become aware of it you won't be able to afford one or get one because everyone is going to want one. With my SB I was able to find "my voice and my sound" and not just everyone elses.

C'mon Phillip, can't leave us hang'n like that.

This is my 3rd bass. I have a Carvin B50, which is a great playing bass also, and a Warwick Corvette (German). I love the Warwick but it is soooooo heavy that after 30 min of it on my sholder I have a baseball on my sholder. The SB just plays itself and is easier on my back. I also love the neck.

Just bought this new from Carvin "Stock Basses". I saw it and had to have it. I love everything about it and have not been able to put it down. For the money you can't beat this bass!
