    Just got mine as well, and I concur with all your sentiments here. I cant fully compare to the real deal, but from clips I've heard of the real thing, this sounds just like it. if anyone thinks they are interested, its definitely worth the 70 bucks.

    It’s just a standard Sterling model body and neck. I have 2 other ones and it’s exactly the same as them, but more versatile :)

    I threw some Labella Super Polished on mine today, and i think this is the string! its a tad bright but i know that will chill out a bit in a week or so. Can Recommend!

    The more broadly usable is exactly what I’m after. I’ve been playing this thing non stop since I got it and the flats are def starting to die a bit. I just ordered a set of gold whites and super polished rounds. If I’m not digging those I’ll snag the coppers

    Im about to put some Nickel lo riders on now. will report back Update: Nickel lo riders sound fantastic on this bad boy. obviously its a bit more rock and roll than funky fwunk. but so far so good!

    I think so, but if not, usually you can email SD and they will whip one up if they have the plastics for other models.
