Yeah JMJ, you're probably right about using that Bass Drive, probably the Fulltone Bass Drive mosfet would be a better option. I may try it out, thanks guys!

To the OP and to add onto JMJ's sound advice - you should consider yourself extremely lucky and be thankful that you're in your 20s can tour with a national act. If it's something that's truly legit there's no point in sitting around wondering what will happen with your band that does...
