Then I will do a video in which I explain a bit about the bass and the sounds you can get from it. I was actually pretty excited to try it out first time I saw it, after playing a Dingwall Prima for 5 minutes I got used to it I like it, strings feel tight, great punch, clarity...

Lengthwise, exactly, I just needed to raise the nut only for the B string, but really almost by nothing.

It's quite possible! it's just like a quarter of an inch shorter or so...a small adjustment to the nut is necessary but it's 2 minutes work, all other strings fit well.

Well...If you have a chance go and check out a Dingwall, I'd say that if a 5th string appeals to you, you might as well get a good one...

Thank you! I don't know if you tried but it kinda grows on you really fast, you get used to it and learn the benefits. :)

That B string is actually not quite brand new even... when you just put a fresh set of strings that B string just shines.. I just really love the fact that it becomes a "legit" string to play, evenly through the neck.
