I just acquired the Yamaha BB234 and I must say that I am very impressed. Light body, smooth fast neck and the pickups sound pretty good. One of the tightest neck pockets I've ever seen. It's really nice to add that jazz pickup in for a little extra flavor when needed. Yamaha all the way IMO.

It's a fine bass. I love it!

I just bought one and I love it. It has that Gibson growl that I love. I traded my Fender Pbass fot it and I have no regrets!
