    I just got a walnut C5 that I'm currently bonding with, it weighs 7.9 lbs. Scott billed it as lightweight walnut - about perfect for me. I've been mostly on the bridge pick-up, the neck pick-up is a touch far forward for me to use as a thumb rest.

    Couple questions... Do you have any pictures of the back of the body? What do the 5 knobs do? vol/vol/bass/mid/treble? Can it be active or passive? This bass with a rosewood fingerboard would so tempting!
