    also found when I pulled on the knob to clean it, the stem came out with it, is this normal?

    yes , its active,, darn ilol, but still sounds great

    Do you or anyone else know where I can get a replacement and would this be a big chore to replace?

    when I first play my bass it will crackle and not make any sounds , then when I turn the volume knob back and forth it will start making sound again, I have pulled the knob off and sprayed cleaner in it and it works good for awhile then it will do it again, any suggestions on this problem??
