I’m an advanced Keyboard player, and I also use it for LH bass synth duty in bands. But I’ve been getting more into bass guitar over the years, and trying to find ways of sneaking it into live performance. I often write material where I play bass on verses and then switch to bass synth on larger parts that need keys.
