Glad I found this thread. I figured out the washer fix. But, yes, I have the saddle resting on the bridge and it's still just very, very slightly sharp at the 12th. And, yes, get rid of the spring. My guess, this is a manufacturing flaw. Strange that some of the earlier posts focus on not...
