Here is my first choice - a shell pink Fender FSR Jazz Bass with a rosewood neck. My second choice would be a good shorty - a Mustang (with the original split pickups) or maybe a Sandberg Lionel. In shell pink, please.

I went to GAK in Brighton this week to buy a Mustang. I came home with this pink Jazz. The setup needed a bit of a tweak but the tone... OMG it sounds fantastic!

I'm just getting back in to playing at age 47. The good news? There is so much good kit out there for really reasonable prices. Less than 200 bucks will buy something cool, fun and built like a truck.
