My bass have zero fret and the nut is just holding the string not to move in the side way, so E string can get into A string area but it can move a little.;)

I have the same problem with the entire E strings on my bass, I tried to change a set of strings,adjust pickup height, action, truss rod but It doesn't help, but normally A,D & G sound so good and have a lot of definition. then I switch same E strings to the A strings position and E string...
